Luo Fang

Ms. Luo Fang joined Shiji in June of 2011. She is responsible for the company’s investments, information disclosures, investor relations, board meetings and shareholders meeting arrangements, communication with regulators, execution of Corporate Laws, Securities Law, and other responsibilities required by China's Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Ms. Luo worked at the China Academy of Nuclear Technology Information and Economy from August of 1999 to June of 2011, studying nuclear technology intelligent research.  She graduated from Beijing University with a Bachelor degree in both Applied Chemistry in the Department of Technical Physics and Economics in China Economic Research Center and is also an Associate Researcher.
