Nirmal Singh

Mr. Nirmal Singh is an experienced corporate executive with 35 years of experience. He brings with him rich corporate experience of mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, corporate re-structuring, financial planning, cross border investment, shared services set-up and providing assisted management service. Mr. Singh previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer- Asia Pacific at MICROS since 1999 and was a key member of the Executive Committee. He was promoted to the position of President in 2014. Formerly, Mr. Singh was with a leading Chartered Accountancy practice for 15 years, including 7 years as Partner.

Nirmal is a commerce graduate, a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. He is also involved in Social and Charitable Activities.
