Blake lives with his wife, son and dog in Denver, CO, and when he's not working, you can find him hiking, cooking, and playing one of his nearly 400 board games in his personal board game library. Blake holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.

With 11 years of experience in the hotel industry, Bruno Saragat has excelled as both a CRM Manager and Revenue Manager. During his tenure, he successfully implemented the Shiji ReviewPro solution for a hotel group, which led to his current role as a Sales Engineer at Shiji. In this position, he focuses on the Shiji ReviewPro solution and the Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS). Bruno holds a PhD in Human Biology and Biochemistry, along with master’s degrees in Hospitality Administration, Revenue Management, and Product Management.
