Neil helped build Shiji ReviewPro and will be utilizing his many years of experience in hospitality in his new role managing Shiji Global Operations.
BARCELONA, Spain, February 26, 2024 — Shiji, the global hospitality technology innovator, is pleased to announce the promotion of Neil James to Vice President of Global Operations. Neil, who has been instrumental in leading the customer success and various operational teams at ReviewPro, will now take on a broader role in spearheading Shiji Global Operations. This strategic move aligns with Shiji’s commitment to scaling its growth and enhancing customer success across its extensive product portfolio, starting with the flagship PMS, Shiji Enterprise Platform.
Neil brings to the table a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the hospitality technology sector. His journey from being a hands-on hotelier, personally installing Property Management Systems (PMS), to building one of the industry's largest technology products, ReviewPro, demonstrates his deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the hospitality industry. His leadership has been pivotal in the tremendous growth and success of ReviewPro.
The Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS has experienced remarkable growth over the last year, with hundreds of new hotel properties across the globe embracing its advanced features. As the platform enters a global growth phase, Neil’s leadership will be crucial in building a robust operations success team. This team will focus on ensuring that Shiji continues to meet the high demand for its solutions and maintains its commitment to delivering exceptional customer success.
In his new role, Neil will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery. Together, they will drive initiatives aimed at enabling regional operations to scale effectively, ensuring that Shiji remains at the forefront of innovation and service excellence in the hospitality technology industry.
